The famous Assyrtiko variety migrated to Crete from the neighboring island of Santorini and acclimatized perfectly to the local environment. With respect to the varietal characteristics, it is produced by Sifis Mavredakis in Keramia, Chania Prefecture. A white wine with primary fruit aromas such as peach, grapefruit and citrus fruits.
