In Keramia, Chania Prefecture, from grapes from the privately owned vineyard of Sifis Mavredakis, white wine is produced from early harvest grapes of the Romeiko variety. Only the must is used, which is obtained without any pressure and is vinified at graduated low temperatures. It is bottled fresh in order to preserve the intense aromas of fruit and flowers. Rich body, cool in taste with a good aftertaste.
